I haven't used the knife to clean game yet, but it is extremely sharp. The steel has a good reputation for edge retention. I like the overall size of handle and the blade. The only complaint I have is that the sheath was kydex, and I thought that the sheath was leather. Benchmade and ESEE are my go to knives and they always perform well. I'm sure that this knife will be no different.
